We are looking for volunteers who are community minded, motivated and are willing to roll up their sleeves and create a welcoming environment for our community members who come to the Hub.

Short Description: Volunteers of all walks of like are encouraged to apply for our Office Administration position.

Description: Volunteers will be matched to the roles based on their interest and skills and will be mentored and supported to ensure that their needs are met.

Your role will include;
– meeting and greeting,
– responding to telephone inquiries,
– providing information,
– assisting in all areas of office administration requested.

Requirements: Experience in general customer service, office duties and front of house are highly regarded.

– a positive and friendly attitude to volunteering is a must!
– strong interpersonal skills friendly, engaging manner,
– customer service focus,
– computer literate,
– work to completion,
– be respectful in their interactions with staff and community members and maintain confidentiality at all
times.

Commitment: Regular – less than 6 months

Training: Induction with general office duties training provided. Additional training is negotiable.

Reimbursement: Approved travel reimbursement available for visiting local businesses.

Transport: Accessible by bus.
