Please indicate the time for your casual booking. Times need to be in 15 minute increments only. For example, 7:15 is acceptable, but 7:20 is not. 

Please note: All set up and pack up time must be included in the hire time. Eg if your activity runs from 1pm-3pm and you require half an hour either side to set up and pack up, your booking will need to be from 12.30pm – 3.30pm.

List ALL dates required for this activity on this day. (for example 1st, 8th, 15th, etc). 

A new request form will be required for each different room or time required. You will have the option to complete a new request after submitting this request.
